Hi!

Welcome to my blog about how I find peace and health in a crazy world.

Ready for my close up.

Here is a picture up close of my neck that is having trouble healing and my face that oozes.

Disclaimer: These pictures along with almost every single other picture in my blog are gross.

Also, one of my best friends stopped by yesterday to give me some dry shampoo & a beautiful card that made my so happy I cried. I can't wash my hair very easily right now because the shampoo burns my hands and neck and ears and back and forehead when it barely touches it, so washing my hair has become a weekly ritual.

Notice my ear that cracked from when my skin was really swollen and tight. That's still healing. My entire face is also very flakey. Call me frosted flake. The ooze happened when I yawned and stretched my cheeks.

The middle of my neck is having the most trouble healing. It's the area of my skin that requires the most movement so it is constantly restarting healing every time I move too much and break it open.

Eight Months. Never thought this day would come.

I know I said no more alcohol...but now I really mean it!
