I have seen quite a bit of progress the last few weeks. I haven't been eating ANY dairy and no sugars after 2pm. And the only sugar I do have is in the form of dark chocolate or coconut ice cream.

I have been taking Dead Sea Salt baths every day. Using my HLA lotion from Dr.Fukaya and my calendula cream on the scratch marks when they seem to have trouble healing.
I drink at least 2 liters of water a day and about 3-4 cups of herbal teas.

I can not wait to have beautiful skin again!!

It feels so good to just sit here and not feel swollen or tight skin restricting me from movement. Smiling doesn't hurt, looking around isn't painful and I just feel good. My skin feels normal. The itch is down to about 25% of the time; mostly at night or right when I wake up. My willpower is getting stronger too, I can stop myself from scratching frenzies.

Very grateful I have come this far.
